Hey guys! this post is somewhat overdue but i still want to repeat wad MR YEO said to us during a very very motivational talk a few weeks ago.




its abt the 5 levels of leadership. its amazing to know whr u stand and how u can improve urself to become a better leader. perhaps pictures are better in explaining it...



LEVEL 1: POSTITION:
People follow you because they have to. The longer you stay here, the higher the turnover and the lower the morale.

LEVEL 2: PERMISSION:
People follow you because they want to. Work is fun, but lack of progress in leadership will cause highly motivated people to become restless.

LEVEL 3: PRODUCTION:
People follow because of what you have done for the organization. Problems are fixed with very little effort because of momentum.

LEVEL 4: PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT:
People will follow because of what you have done for them personally. Long range growth occurs. Leadership development ensures continued growth.

LEVEL 5: PERSONHOOD:
People follow you because of who you are and what you represent. Reserved for leaders who have spent years growing people and organizations. Few make it.

isn't it like so true... Mr Yeo said that most of the SSC are at Level 2... it really puts me onto the track of thinking... which level am i at? how efficient am i in leading others? am i able to lead others and produce gd results?

this is going to be a battle where the soldiers fight with all their might and play their hearts out... jiayou ppl! lets make each match a victorious one, one that we can all celebrate for!

it may not be as successful but at least we wont be THAT disappointed if we do our best... JIAYOU!
